We can all use a little inspiration sometimes and Don Wildman, founder of Bally’s Total Fitness might just be the ticket.  At age 76 he has a fitness regiment that most 20 year olds would have a hard time keeping up with, including Mountain Biking (a personal favorite of mine), Paddleboarding, Snow Boarding (OK, one strike against him for not skiing instead) and lifting weights regularly.  Click on either of the pictures below to take you to the June 22nd, 2009 Los Angles Times article on this fitness inspiration.
