Stimulus money to spur CA high-speed rail project
On Thursday, President Obama and Vice President Biden formally announced the projects that would receive money from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act for high-speed rail projects. The money will be distributed to 13 high-speed rail corridors across the country. California won the largest share of the $ 8 Billion in economic stimulus funds for a line that will ultimately stretch from San Diego to Sacramento.
